We offer free standard ground shipping on all scooter orders within the continental US. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
Do the scooters come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all our electric scooters include a 12-month limited warranty covering the motor, battery, and frame against manufacturing defects.
Are these scooters waterproof or water-resistant?
Most models have an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they can handle light splashes and rain, but they should not be submerged or used in heavy downpours.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return window for scooters in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Is any assembly required upon delivery?
Our scooters arrive 95% pre-assembled. You will typically only need to attach the handlebars and tighten a few screws using the included toolkit.
