Whether you need a different model or a full refund, our team is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your sports gear.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Scooter
Carefully place the scooter and all included accessories back into the original box to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure delivery back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the scooter, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
